IPTO/Info Search

The Info Search service provided by IPTO enables members of public to ascertain the status of individuals who are either under the Debt Repayment Scheme or have been adjudged insolvent by the court and the liquidation status of companies that have been compulsorily wound up by the court.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : Counter Services Operating Hours from 1 June 2013, Saturday (posted on 20 May 2013)

Dear customers, from 1 June 2013, we will close our counters half an hour earlier from Monday to Thursday at 5 pm and on Saturday at 12 pm. Our revised opening hours are indicated below.

From 1 June 2013, Saturday

Mon to Fri 8.30 am to 12.30 pm & 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Sat 8.30 am to 12.00 pm

NETS DISCONTINUES CASHCARD ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM (COPS) FROM 30 JUNE 2013
As NETS will be discontinuing the NETS CashCard Online Payment System (COPS) from 30 June 2013, the Cash Card payment mode will no longer be available from the same day. (posted on 14 Mar 2013)

With effect from 1 June 2010, bankruptcy information will be removed from IPTO’s online information search service 5 years after a bankrupt is discharged from bankruptcy.

With effect from 1 April 2010, records of bankruptcy orders which have been annulled will no longer be available from IPTO’s ‘Info Search’ facility.
