INFO Search allows searches on Bankruptcy and Company Winding Up cases. It does not allow searches to be performed on Petitions that have been filed.

A Null Result is considered as a valid Search Result and a charge will still be imposed.

	Note: With effect from 1 June 2010, bankruptcy information will be removed from IPTO’s online information search service 5 years after a bankrupt is discharged from bankruptcy. With effect from 1 April 2010, records of bankruptcy orders which have been annulled will no longer be available from IPTO’s ‘Info Search’ facility.

For Corporate Insolvency Search, a typical search result consists of the following information:
