2. Payment can be made using Cash Card, Credit Card, FlexiPay or Direct Debit.
 
3. To be able to make the online payment using Cash Card, you will need to have a Personal Computer Smart Card or PCSC reader. For more information on Cash Card usage, please refer to the NETS CashCard website to get more details.

4. In order to make use of FlexiPay, you would need to have Singpass and an approved Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA). You may refer to the FlexiPay website to get more details on how to sign up.
 
5. To be able to make the online payment using Direct Debit, you will need to have a valid Internet Banking account. INSOL Search supports payment made via Internet banking for DBS/POSB, Citibank and UOB account holders. For more information, please refer to the NETS Direct Debit website.
 
6. For Payment by Credit Card (eNETS Credit), the following are accepted:

All VISA credit cards,

-

All Mastercard credit cards,

-

All Mastercard debit cards,

-

Visa Electron debit cards.

eNETS Credit does not accept other kinds of credit or debit cards except for the ones listed above.

7. Step-by-Step Guide

a.

Select Payment Option

i.

This page displays the types of payment mode available and the total amount payable.

ii.

To continue with the payment, click on the logo of your preferred payment mode.

iii.

If you do not wish to continue, click on the [Cancel Payment] button and the page on transaction failure will be displayed.

b.

Enter Payment Details

i.

FlexiPay

-

You will need a valid Singpass and an Approved Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA).

-

Upon selection of FlexiPay as the mode of payment, the Singpass page will be displayed. You will have to input your Singpass ID and Password. When this is successful, the 'FlexiPay Payment Service' page will be displayed. You have to select your preferred account to make payment and click the [Ok] button.

A page requesting for confirmation of DDA is displayed. You have to check the DDA account details. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your DDA to handle your payment transaction.

If the [Confirm] button is clicked, the ‘Receipt’ page will be displayed. The page will display the key details of the transaction such as Fees Payable, EP Reference No and the Date/Time of the transaction.

If the [Cancel] button is clicked, the page on payment cancellation will be displayed.

 

ii.

Cash Card (NETSCash)

-

Upon selection of Cash Card as the mode of payment, a page with the transaction details will be displayed. Click on [Proceed] button if the details are correct to continue making payment.

The page with "Terms and Conditions" will be displayed. BE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE CONTINUE. Click on [I Agree] button to continue making payment.

The processing page will then be displayed. Please wait until the payment completion page is displayed.

Once payment transaction is completed, the payment completion page will be displayed. Please wait until it is redirected back to IPTO eService transaction completion page.

On the payment completion page, the receipt page will be poped up to notify you about the successful transaction. The page will display the key details about the transaction.

iii.

Credit Card (eNETSCredit)

-

You will need a valid credit card.

-

Upon selection of Credit Card as the mode of payment, the eNetsCredit Payment Gateway page will be displayed. You will have to fill in the required credit card information such as name, card number and expiry date and click [Submit] button to proceed with the transaction.

The eNetsCredit Payment Gateway will prompt you with a confirmation pop up box. You have to click [Ok] button to confirm the payment transaction.

Once payment transaction is successful, the eNetsCredit Payment Gateway will pop up a new window to notify you about the successful transaction. This page will display key details about the transaction.

 

iv.

Direct Debit (eNETSDebit)

-

You will need a valid Internet Banking Account.

-

Upon selection of Direct Debit as the mode of payment, the eNetsDebit Payment Gateway page which prompts you to select a bank to pay from is displayed.

Once you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to the bank's eNetsDebit web page. Key in your internet banking User Id and Pin to effect the payment.

-

Upon successful payment, the eNetsDebit Payment Gateway will notify you about the successful transaction and display key details about the merchant and the transaction.

c.

Receipt

i.

A receipt will be generated upon succesful payment. Details of the efiling transactions (e.g. eTransaction No, Fee Payable, Payment Mode, Date and Time of Transaction) will be displayed on the receipt. You are advised to print out the Official Receipt or take note of the Receipt Number as proof of successful payment transaction.

ii.

Click on 'Return to Agency website' to return to the Transaction Completion page.

d.

Transaction Completed

i.

Upon the successful payment, you will see the 'Search Result' page. This page will indicate that your transaction has completed successfully. The page will also display key information about the transaction.

ii.

Print out the page as proof of successful transaction.

e.

Payment Failure/Cancellation

i.

If the payment is not successful/cancelled, the Payment Failure page will be displayed to inform you of the failed transaction.

ii.

Click on [OK] button to start a new transaction.

 
5. A Null Result is considered as a valid Search Result and is thus chargeable.
 
6.

At the Payment Confirmation page, an eSearch Number would be displayed. Please take note of this eSearch Number before you continue to make payment. You would need to provide this eSearch Number to IPTO Helpdesk if you do not get your Search Results at the end of the Search.
